AI-assisted monitoring, guardrails, reporting, and controls for advertising operations.

3. Customer responsibilities

• Maintain legal access/rights to any connected ad accounts.
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws and network policies.
• Keep credentials and tokens secure.

4. Fees & billing

Pricing per your signed order form or plan page. Past-due invoices may pause services.

5. Confidentiality & IP

Each party protects the other’s confidential information. You own your data; we own the platform IP.

6. Warranties & disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Term & termination

Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days.

9. Governing law

Jurisdiction and venue as specified in your order form (or your local jurisdiction if none is specified).
